LNplus2 is the company I created to provide talent acquisition services to technology startup companies and digital agencies.

  • Provide contingency and on site recruiting and strategy to a large base of clients including Rent the Runway,Razorfish, Media Hive, Createthe Group, Morpheus Media, Skillshare, Merchant Exchange, Fluid, Hot Studio,Kaleidoscope, MRM, Beyond Interaction, HUGE, AKQA, Digitas, Daily Makeover, Alexander Interactive, CementWorks, AOL and LBi.
  • Perform all business development and operations efforts for the company.
  • Build strategic partnerships with senior leadership teams and facilitate development of detailed hiring plans and initiatives.
  • Excel at rapidly scaling technology teams with an emphasis on niche technology stacks.
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting for technology and engineering departments as well as building a recruiting process for each client. The recruiting process encompasses such areas as position planning and development ideal candidate profile, sourcing plan, interview plan, candidate experience milestones, building department recruiting brand, social media recruiting, campus recruiting plan, employee referral programs, department event planning, salary guidelines, and candidate negotiations.

 Razorfish is one of the largest digital media companies in the world.

  • Managed up to twenty five searches in the Technology Discipline.
  • Consistently exceeded target new hire quota by 30%.
  • Sourced and screened candidates, resulting in a 75% hire rate of all candidates presented.
  • Independently sourced and hired 47 new technologists without the use of partners or agencies, saving the company over $1 million dollars in agency fees.
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting on all open technical positions including Software Engineers, Technical Architects and Technology Directors.

  • Sourced and interviewed potential candidates in order to provide the client with the highest level of talent available on the market. Sourcing involved heavy cold calling within competitors companies to identify potential candidates.
