Developing and executing online marketing campaigns for Etiqa's online platforms which includes, and my through lead generation and lead nurturing as well as email marketing; engaging with prospects and customers on social networks; handling email marketing strategy; creating and building content and improving user experience; overseeing the entire communication plan for online channels.

Key Achievements:

  • Achieved commercial targets of USD24. 2m and grew the commercial results by 20. 3% for 2015 and improved customer holding ratio by 8%
