Appointed, as a senior member of the Sun Edison European Leadership Team, to establish and operationalise the Italian entity with responsibility for selecting and negotiating with EPC and O&M providers to build and manage the portfolio of projects and energy plants. Set up the HQ in Milan with a network of regional offices, started construction on an additional 6 plants in Q1 2010, eventually growing the international team from zero to 30 employees. Established and developed key relationships with institutions and government agencies and led negotiation talks for acquisitions in France, Germany and Italy.
