Web Content Assistant

This role is currently a contract-based role that started with an initial three months and was then extended for an unset length of time.

Responsibilities in this role included:

  • Creating article pages in HTML/CSS for both GNC and Holland & Barrett
  • Managing and curating spreadsheet templates containing product information to upload onto the store's website.
  • Using Adobe Photoshop to edit, crop and clean up product images to set requirements.
  • Uploading content via ATG's BCC hub to publish products to the Pre-Production and eventual live website complete with product specifics such as: Nutritional Information, Directions for Use, Categories and more.
  • Fully comply with company naming conventions, product information reliability.

Car Park Assistant


Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Ensuring the car park remained empty of trolleys and rubbish
  • Helping customers to and from their car with products
  • Diverting traffic to other regions of the car park to ensure good traffic
  • Becoming a staff member in-doors whenever needed to help manage the queues

This started as a three-month internship-After only two weeks, I was offered a full-time role in Frinter.

Responsibilities in this role included:

  • Curating content and copywriting articles to post on the company blog.
  • Social Media Management - Ensuring to interact with users via Social Media channels and to gain more users through channels.
  • Campaign Curation - Devising new ways to push the company with new campaigns to gain new users and keep current ones.
  • Website Management - Whilst it wasn't my job to so, I took the website on as my project to ensure functionality and content was kept up-to-date and attractive.
