Corporate Executive Director:
Senior Executive Director with full responsibility for the planning and leadership of the corporate centralized services, Information Technology, Quality and Accreditations, Business Development, Pharmacies, Human Resources and Continuing Education and functionally responsible for the finance department and hospitals.
Build a new $500M operation unit that leads the design and formulization of the Company's Strategic plan, operational budgets, commercial targets, and at the same time anticipates and directs the required changes in the centralized services for Information Technology, Quality and Accreditations, Business Development, Operational Finance, Pharmacies, Human Resources and Continuing Education to support the strategic plan and the operations.
·Formulation of the 5 year Company Strategic plan, operational budgets and commercial targets.
·Direct the design and implantation of the Corporate Governance, Corporate Strategy, Organization Model, operational budgets and commercial targets to meet the required changes for IPO process and international expansion.
·Planning and control a $50M budget in Capital Expenditures, as well as optimization and control of $36M in inventories and budgetary processes.
·Lead the pricing negotiation process with Insurances Companies with a result of a 20% pricing increase
·Anticipate and establish innovated medical services in UAE with 10% of additional revenues during 2010: Diabetes Center in partnership with Green Crescent Insurance Company, First Private Renal Dialysis Unit in Abu Dhabi, Pediatric Surgery, and Open Heart Surgery.
·Formulate the Systems Technology plan of the Group as EHR, ERP, HIS.
·Maximize the visibility of the company and its Social Responsibility in the Region and Internationally, promoting Al Noor Group in liaison with organizations such as Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Abu Dhabi Police Department, Women School Collage.
·Coordinate with the Board, Business Development Agreements with Global Leaders in Healthcare such us, the Methodist International (Houston, US), John Hopkins, and Boston Children Hospital.
·Establish Corporate Government bodies such as Steering Committee, Utilization Management Committee.
·Reduce the employee turnover of the Group from 15% to 6%, managing a multi-cultural environment, where it is necessary to understand and meet the expectations of payers, providers and clients.
