Senior Executive Director with full responsibility for the planning and leadership of the corporate centralized services, Information Technology, Quality and Accreditations, Business Development, Pharmacies, Human Resources and Continuing Education and functionally responsible for the finance department and hospitals.

CHALLENGE:

Build a new $500M operation unit that leads the design and formulization of the Company's Strategic plan, operational budgets, commercial targets, and at the same time anticipates and directs the required changes in the centralized services for Information Technology, Quality and Accreditations, Business Development, Operational Finance, Pharmacies, Human Resources and Continuing Education to support the strategic plan and the operations.

RESULTS:

·Anticipate and establish innovated medical services in UAE with 10% of additional revenues during 2010: Diabetes Center in partnership with Green Crescent Insurance Company, First Private Renal Dialysis Unit in Abu Dhabi, Pediatric Surgery, and Open Heart Surgery.

·Formulate the Systems Technology plan of the Group as EHR, ERP, HIS.
