Head of B2C Marketing segment
- Responsible for strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of B2C segment
- Ideate and implement new innovative concepts/ products/ initiatives/ schemes/ pricing in order to increase adoption, loyalty, customer satisfaction with an aim to enhance penetration, usage and thus increase revenue through customer life cycle management
- Translating market requirements into product specifications and driving the team towards product development.
- Constant Portfolio Analysis to measure performance of each product and development of optimization strategies and plans of to achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level
- Leading and developing product roadmaps in conjunction with management and relevant Product Management Boards
- Providing hands-on leadership and direction to Product Marketing team, working collaboratively with Sales, IT, Customer care and Marcom to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services
