Ground Pat'i Grille and Bar
My current employers at Ground Pat'i Grille and Bar have taught me everything I know about being a diverse, creative employee and learning to think on your feet. I was employed as a Server and Front of House Trainer for 6 total years and was given the job of Assistant Manager in April 2011.
My primary job duties consist of maintaining day to day operations, examining sales reports, hiring new employees, and streamlining product sales. In the past I've worked every conceivable job in the store, planned Christmas parties, and created games and incentives for FOH staff and management. I have always enjoyed using my skills wherever they are found useful, no matter job title involved.
I have also used my skills in Adobe to revise the restaurant's menu and marketing materials under supervision of the company's owner.
