  • Delivered business case based on a successful KM pilot which resulted in first-ever budget commitment of $1M in billable relief for field engineer KM contributions, $250K in collaborative technology funds and six new KM resources.

  • Managed 9-person team to develop and manage internal business systems and streamline operational processes for 1, 500 IT Consultants operating in 16 countries.
