The Google Student Ambassador Program is an opportunity for students to act as liaisons between Google and their universities. These ambassadors:

  • Learn about innovative Google products and programs.
  • Plan and host fun events on campus.
  • Act as a campus contact for Google teams.
  • Help Google better understand each university’s culture.

Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Technical Support

City University of New York - Lehman College

Serve as the lead Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Support for Lehman College Admissions Department. 

  • Provide training and support on Peoplesoft Campus Solutions modules to staff.
  • Create Queries for batch processing freshmen and transfer students.
  • Run batch processing of freshmen and transfer students.
  • Help staff members audit student data upon request.

New York Department of Education and City University Institute of Software Development and Design
  • Analyze technology needs and advice principal and staff on all hardware and software purchases
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in conjunction with DOE Help Center and Borough Technology Staff
  • Configure wireless devices to access DOE network, maintain classroom servers and equipment inventory
  • Coordinate a four-member technology team  at Children’s Workshop School focused on innovative Web 2.0 solutions

United Nations Development Program
  • Worked with a team of United Nations representatives and community leaders to create an implementation plan for the Community Resource Internet Center (CoRICs) Information Technology training program in St. Mark’s, Grenada
  • Designed and facilitated a United Nations Development Program approved information technology curriculum for the Community Resource Internet Center training program
  • Represented Grenada in the Caribbean and Latin America Tele-Center conference in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
