- Leadership of an organization of 40+ employees in charge of the System Management Tools and Automation IT Portfolio across countries in SSA region (Argentina, Chile, Perú, Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador & Venezuela).
- Negotiation and customer facing, identification of Revenue opportunities.
- Responsible for driving Innovation and Delivery Quality through Automation, to achieve organizational Productivity targets.
- Communication of progress' reports to Directors and Executives.
- Responsible for SLA Attainment, Customer Satisfaction, and Delivery execution.
- Department's People and Financial management.
