Mission and Passions

Creative problem solving is at the heart of my work— I started Beard Avenue as a place to help people get unstuck and move forward creatively and passionately toward their most important and most exciting goals and visions.

Coaching people so they start to fulfill their career dreams is one of my biggest passions.  I do this through coaching and training using creative problem solving tools and processes I've developed.  It's so exciting to work one-on-one with people such as career changers who learn how to toss away limiting assumptions and ways of doing things so that they can land a job they love in a career path that motivates them (check out the testimonials in the other column).

I also enjoy applying problem-solving skills to organizations--with dynamic leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and group brainstorming.  I do these through training, individual and small group coaching, and group facilitations.  Here, along with other creative processes, I often teach and apply the D.R.E.A.M. & Implement problem-solving process I've developed for today's workforce where change and innovation are a constant.
