As the Principal Founder of Capitol Employer Advisors, the primary focus is providing HR consulting services solutions, career transition services, and customized business solutions to meet the needs of organizations both large and small. These services include solutions that address a wide range of topics such as corporate HR consulting services, employee retention issues, employee training & development, benefits, as well as many other key human capital management issues.
