Sales Support Executive

- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Receive and answer client inquiries and resolve potential issue escalated
- Checking stock product in internal warehouse
- Submit and process PO customer using ERP system
- Submit request for out stock product to Symrise Singapore/Germany/US/Mexico to fulfill PO customer using SAP system with take a note for some special case for special customer
- Work with various internal to handle feedback from customers and ensure supports plans are in place
- Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and monitor delivery arrangement
- Back orders monitoring and management
- Liaise with forwarders and warehouse on fulfillment of export orders.
- Ensure that documentations are intact (Customer PO, emails, invoice, delivery note, tax quotation) and filed.
- To monitor, plan and work within daily outbound capacity in order to contain business costs.
- Identify problems and propose solutions to improve work processes
- Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are inline with competitors.
- Ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
