  • New sales revenue growth in first 4 months from prior year Qtr. to Qtr.($260k to $1.2M) and Company up 70% prior to departure.
  • Founders failed to comply with their agreed to terms and necessary changes to comply with GAAP, so executive team resigned and attempted buyout.

Recruited by CEO to manage this NASDAQ Company's cash cow product MAS90 where revenues were flat 2% and a new product line managed by another GM was struggling to achieve expected sales to support growth per quarter.

  • Doubled annual sales revenue from $35m to over $72m in less than 12 months. on a once flat Product Line. Built outside sales force.
  • Restructured channel where top reseller contributions rose from $200,000 to over $1 million in revenue. The average price per deal rose from $6500 to over $13,000. Based on MAS 90 results, stock prices rising from $6. 50 to $22. 00 per share in the first(9) months.
  • Company attracted a cash tender offer of $267 million to merge with UK based Sage PLC.
