Major Contributions:

  • Developed and oversaw Global Adobe Information Management (AIM) organization composed of 5 functional sub divisions located in the U.S., Canada, and India, which recorded a 35 percent cost saving on data integration.
  • Created and initiated corporate-wide effort to execute data quality and governance strategy, including introduction of Master Data Management solution and processes.

Oversaw end-to-end BI execution from strategy outline through development, roll out phase, change management, and adoption. Supervised 131-member personnel and $32 million budget.

Major Contributions:

·Created and introduced new Global Business Intelligence organization by incorporating the best talent, skills, and experience of SAP and BOBJ environments.

·Implemented highly scalable business intelligence platform to support entire SAP population and enable enterprise roll out of self-service BI strategy.

·Successfully transitioned in 6 months, the Business Intelligence process, people and system to enable a new start of the Business Objects (BOBJ) business community in the SAP environment - July 2008.
