Senior Account Representative

            Corporate Sales

    • Responsible for new business development, marketing, and account management
    • Develop and nurture new and existing relationships; simultaneously expanding client base through cold calls and telemarketing strategies
    • Account servicing, ranging from the initial implementation of Business Account Programs, handling all client issues including but not limited to; billing, availability, and special requests.       
    • Manage client on-boarding and relationship maintenance through written and presented proposals, contract development for accounts varying in size ($100 to $18 million), and monitoring existing programs through monthly and quarterly reviews

            Insurance Replacement

    • Responsible for approval of rental extensions, billing, and monitoring the efficiency of our customer service
    • Prospecting clients through body shops, cold calls, and insurance agency relationships
    • Developed monthly and quarterly reporting to insurance claim centers for claims and billing activities, pipeline reports, and revenue achievement
    • Implemented and trained insurance claims center on the Hertz Insurance Replacement Booking Tool
    • Ensured daily accuracy of  reports from the Hertz Insurance Replacement Booking Tool and adjusted incomplete transactions and upcoming claims/rental needs

            Travel Industry – Corporate and Leisure

    • Responsible for customer service including but not limited to car availability, price matching, billing, special requests, and service issues for both the travel agents, their leisure and corporate clients
    • Built and developed a preferred vendor agreement with marketing funds allocation and overall client discount
    • Managed monthly distribution of Hertz marketing material - promotions, coupons, and newsletters
    • Developed and trained travel agents on the different Hertz business programs, client services, fleet, preferred vendor programs, partnership programs and booking tool

            Founder and Coordinator for the Acton Boxboro PMC KIDS Ride 2013, 2014, 2015

    • One of the founding members of the AB PMC KIDS Ride. Over the past 3 years has raised over $60K for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund
    • Direct marketing to businesses to raise 100% of the capital necessary to fund and grow our event
    • Increased monetary and gift donations by 25% year over year
    • Boosted rider participation by a minimum of 10% year over year thru direct marketing to the community, public schools and the neighboring towns
    • Boosted volunteer retention & growth by a minimum of 15% year over year
    • Use social media as a method to gain awareness and ridership for our event
    • Responsible for all aspects of the event, day of– Set-up to break down of Rider Registration, Volunteer check-in, two (2) rider routes, kids activity area, food and water distribution, First Aid, Silent Auction & Raffle, ticket sales, and parking
    • Volunteer for the PMC – prepping rider registration packets, greeter & information guide at MLB game events, set-up and breakdown of check-in desk at PMC events as well as fundraiser
