Recruitment and Selection

§Conducted full life cycle recruitment of executive, professional, technical, campus, contract and consultant resources in Telecom and Financial Services Industry for America, Canada and Latin America.Successfully contributed to company growth.

§Aggressively recruited consultants to staff new “start-up” Consulting Division which resulted in successfully staffing 90% of Dallas, TX office.

§Coordinated and participated in the Consulting Division Campus Recruitment Program which resulted in the successful recruitment of 20 entry level consultants per year.

§Led the effort to streamline Canadian recruitment processes resulting in the creation of new offer documentation, employment application and confidentiality agreements consistent with applicable laws.

§Managed the vendor relationship with all staffing vendors to include executive search, placement agencies and contract vendors.

§Led the project to roll out the vendor management system in Canada.

§Improved selection and evaluation of leaders by creating and introducing a Leadership Selection Tool using the Management Core Competency Model.

§Designed, developed and delivered the American and Canadian versions of the Behavioural Interviewing Workshop which improved the selection and interview experience.

§Facilitated in-house design and development sessions with international HR Managers to customize the behavioural interviewing workshop for Europe and Middle East.

§Designed and delivered the Train the Trainer in-house certification program and led certification of all North American recruiters in Behavioural Interviewing on a zero budget.Project required creativity and innovation to deliver an effective learning environment.

Human Resource Management

§Served as HR Business Partner supporting the Senior President and four Service Line Presidents of this global, 5,500 employee organization. Established single client focal point for all HR initiatives.

§Led organizational development project to effectively position this start up consulting practice.

§Streamlined Consulting Job Family Matrix to integrate into a partner led consulting operating model.Resulted in fewer consulting job codes and wider salary bands allowing consultants more room for financial growth while developing in the role.

§Created new job codes, defined roles, responsibilities and competencies for the top level of the partner led pyramid. Collaborated with global compensation to establish a market competitive compensation package resulting in the successful recruitment and placement of over 100 top level resources.

§Created and designed the succession planning process which resulted in a structured tool to identify, select, develop and promote the top leadership group.

§Managed a $1M dollar budget and a team of four human resource specialists responsible for compensation, performance review, mentoring, recruitment, consultant development, workforce reduction, immigration expatriation, employee relations and development of global HR strategies.Efforts resulted in:

àMore consistency around the globe in promotion, compensation and consultant training.

àIdentification of roles, responsibilities and competencies within the consulting operating model and creation of consultant job family matrix to support the business model.

§Led and directed team of four within the Career Assistance Centre, which assisted employees displaced due to account closing or job elimination in USA and Canada.Facilitated the Resume Writing and Interviewing Techniques Workshop and provided one-on-one career coaching.

Recruitment and Selection

§Performed as Executive Recruiter with focus on Asia/Pacific, Europe and Latin America.Successfully identified multiple key executives for international assignments.

§Project Lead for the design, development and implementation of a new Global Employment Application which streamlined the recruitment process.

§Project Manager for the selection and coordination of third party staffing vendors resulting in a consistent and equitable vendor management process for EDS and vendors.

    • Financial Services and Change Management consultants for start up consulting practice.

§Lead Master Trainer in the design, development and implementation of behavioural interviewing worldwide rollout that certified 60+ individuals in ten countries.

§Participated in developing and integrating EDS core competencies into the behavioural interviewing process.Enabled leaders to select key resources based on the competencies required to perform the job within the EDS workplace.
