PERIOD FROM-COMPANY- DEPARTMENT-Segment Support POSITION/TITLE-KYC Consultant The purpose of this role is to be responsible for quality and efficiency in preparation of documentation and ensuring that documents are fit for processing including the finalisation and submission of high quality product and service applications, custom research information and 1st tier checking on Regulatory and Collateral requirements. To perform administrative duties relating to the end-to-end fulfilment and support of sales activities as required by ABB Segments, particularly in support of regulatory and product fulfilment requirements General Duties and Task Ensuring all documents are received to ensure that clients(individuals and all other entities) comply with the Fica Legislation. Ensuring that the sales staff(frontline) are submitting the right documents per entity for fica. Scrutinize and confirm documentation received from sales team in order to verify opening of an account for on boarding of new clients and updates to existing clients Validate receipt from Processing of Welcome letters on new accounts before onward distribution to the sales team. Act on Fica listings to mitigate automated restrictive access on accounts. Act as principle controller of Client Information File in order to maintain accurate customer information Liaise with sales teams to ensure pricing information is per the agreement with client in order to prepare pricing letters
