Scrutinize and confirm documentation received from sales team in order to verify opening of an account for on boarding of new clients and updates to existing clients Validate receipt from Processing of Welcome letters on new accounts before onward distribution to the sales team. Act on Fica listings to mitigate automated restrictive access on accounts. Act as principle controller of Client Information File in order to maintain accurate customer information Liaise with sales teams to ensure pricing information is per the agreement with client in order to prepare pricing letters
