Acted as usability specialist ensuring the quality of the contents being updated on the wireless portal and ensuring the consistency of the visual experience on new handsets. Worked directly with SEBU (handset team) to provide feedback for MR development.
  • Increased, through teamwork, customer's usage of Sprint Web from 500,000 to 800,000 users a day working as a browser/handset specialist.
  • Reduced turn around process, from 7 to 3 day, for submitting content updates for Sprint's portal through tuning to quality and efficiency.
  • Enhanced 80% availability of web sites on mobile phones by assisting in a project that included physically attaching an add-on to the mobile gateway. 
  • Reduced technical issues, from 60+ to 10+, in 3 months by leading a team of specialists and designing a strategy to solve and completely extinguish all remaining issues. 
  • SprintWeb Portal Launch: Key team member of a team that launched one of Sprint's only seamless deployments. Thoroughly involved in portal design of SprintWeb & new development. Performed site verification (testing) and evaluation for new and existing devices. Provided end-to-end testing and developed test cases on all products included with deployment.
  • OpenWeb Launch: Provided certification expertise in successfully launching OpenWeb transcoding solution from OpenWave. 
  • Identified Major Security Hole: Key member of a group that found a major security hole within Sprint's Premium Content Sales Platform.
  • Documented all issues and enhancements. Maintained the layout of the portal and customized settings that had been made by the portal administrator.
