Prepare premier class outreach plan with social media strategy. Coordinate and develop executive briefing materials. Spearhead community outreach. Ongoing program development and market research, resulting in concise subject-matter briefing documents with suggested action plans. Plan and produce distribution of targeted direct mail, managing staff in the final execution of mailing. Coordinated media trade agreements resulting in increased community awareness of publication and its products. Internal and off-site event planning including the Transcript’s signature events:“Top Attorneys” and “Top Influentials” maintaining event milestones on event micro-site and garnering agreements for key in-kind sponsorships.Project-specific HTML Web updates. Oversaw the Transcript’s role as news shop at Junior Achievement’s Enterprise Village project. Corresponded daily with Transcript’s publisher and editors.
