Prepare and distribute monthly department newsletter to top-tier internal stakeholders. Spearhead all marketing collaterals from concept to delivery. Create copy featuring Extended Learning's offerings in University's annual catalog. Develop and implement new program media and marketing plans. Developed and executed online and print advertising campaigns to build awareness of the company’s products. Coordinated Roundtables, hosting local CEO's and top decision-makers discussing timely issues in vertical markets with editorial staff. Coordinated media trade agreements resulting in increased community awareness of publication and its products. Internal and off-site event planning including the Transcript’s signature events:“Top Attorneys” and “Top Influentials” maintaining event milestones on event micro-site and garnering agreements for key in-kind sponsorships.Project-specific HTML Web updates. Oversaw the Transcript’s role as news shop at Junior Achievement’s Enterprise Village project. Corresponded daily with Transcript’s publisher and editors.
