Ongoing program development and market research, resulting in concise subject-matter briefing documents with suggested action plans. Plan and produce distribution of targeted direct mail, managing staff in the final execution of mailing. Facilitate increased online promotion of partner products, resulting in dramatically increased enrollments. Maintain department Web site – creating new program pages, updating existing site pages including monthly course schedules, and weekly review of Google Analytics. Facilitate inter-departmental meetings and partnerships. Review and edit all formal written correspondence.
