Providing exceptional support to students, guiding and advising them through all aspects of their program. Communicating professionally through email and telephone conversations. Collaborate with numerous other departments including: Finance, Admissions and Recruitment. Navigate Salesforce on a daily basis to access and update student personal and program information. Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets to accurately track student progress, and program statistics. Lead live vClass sessions during Orientation week to teach students how to navigate WebEx for their weekly vClasses.
