The Digital Media Division is a specialist digital marketing and creative services team within Network Ten (Channel 10 on TV) providing full service consumer marketing solutions for clients. Reporting to the Head of Digital Media, my remit as a Campaign Manager was to create and implement innovative cross platform promotional campaigns that drive consumer engagement by extension of client products.
I was responsible for all aspects of a promotion across Network Ten broadcast programs, online and mobile platforms as well as extension into retail, radio and print. I worked with with Programming, Production and Traffic department to implement campaigns and worked with the sales team to support and sell the campaign ideas.
These responsibilities included; ideation, broadcast integration, technical implementation within a CMS, design briefing, legals, direct client and agency liaison and post reporting. I had a Junior Campaign Executive reporting directly to me who assisted in completing tasks from all 5 Campaign Managers.
- Achieved 20% increase on year 1 forecast and increased Agency revenue YOY. In addition to helping achieve the Digital Media budget. I contributed to winning more than $5 Million in business across the broadcast and digital sales teams.
- Utilized my skills as a camera operator on Good News Week interviewing all celebrity guests for online video content.
- Assisted in the project management and writing of the business requirements of a new CRM including a website registration system and competition mechanic builder. The new system enabled the team to better build, track and report on campaigns across IVR, mobile, online and e-marketing platforms.
