I am an energetic, results and solutions focused professional with over 13 years’ experience in the media industry and of those over 7 years specifically in digital encompassing executive, strategic and creative responsibilities.

I possess excellent communication and project management skills that have allowed me to develop and maintain strong business relationships throughout my career in Australia, Canada, Indonesia and New Zealand.

Senior Project Manager

OgilvyOne, WPP Group

Ogilvy is a full service creative agency. I am currently working on digital executions for clients such as Dove, Hellmann's and Tim Hortons.  Some of the major projects include; Roll up the Rim to Win, Hellmann's Burger Route and significant website updates.

Key Achievements 

  • Help find inefficiencies in the project management process. For example I created a new briefing template. 
  • Introduced resource booking tool (Resource Guru), bug and production management tool (JIRA).

Senior Agile Project Manager

Ogilvy Digital, STW Group

Ogilvy is a full service digital company. It was key in delivering integrated services for clients across multiple office locations. We operated with our entire development team in Bali and service offices in Melbourne, Jakarta, New Zealand and Sydney. 

I was one of the Senior Project Managers in the role of Scrum Master on cross platform digital software projects. Building websites for clients on CMS platforms; Kentico, Sitecore and Drupal including responsive view.  I followed the agile development principles while having overseas resources. I was responsible for ensuring all aspects of a website are completed from UX, design, build and live deployment while staying within budget and meeting scheduled timelines.

Key Achievements 

  • Completed Scrum training and became a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.
  • Started as a Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager.
  • Project managed major websites; Coles Financial Services, Lumo Energy, Jacobs Creek Wine, McPhersons Consumer Products, OneSteel Reinforcing, SWSi Tafe College and Sydney Light Rail.
  • Managed design and development overseas resources with significant differences in time, language and cultural expectations.

Digital Producer

Amobee/Adconion Media Group

Adconion is a full creative services team connecting brands to people by articulating their story and purpose through rich interactive content and experiences. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Managing Director, my remit as Digital Producer was to manage a team of designers and developers and implement cross platform campaigns including live event activations across Australia. 

I was responsible for all aspects of a campaign or event activation across filming production, online and mobile. These responsibilities included; ideation, online broadcast integration, technical implementation across platforms, direct client and agency liaison, design and development briefing. 

Key Achievements

  • Managed the largest AR Gaming campaign across the country that included filming production, on location activation, online build, PR, legals and team management.
  • Utilized my production skills in producing product videos for Hyundai and Moove milk for online video content.

Campaign Manager

Network Ten, Digital Media Division

The Digital Media Division is a specialist digital marketing and creative services team within Network Ten (Channel 10 on TV) providing full service consumer marketing solutions for clients. Reporting to the Head of Digital Media, my remit as a Campaign Manager was to create and implement innovative cross platform promotional campaigns that drive consumer engagement by extension of client products. 

I was responsible for all aspects of a promotion across Network Ten broadcast programs, online and mobile platforms as well as extension into retail, radio and print. I worked with with Programming, Production and Traffic department to implement campaigns and worked with the sales team to support and sell the campaign ideas.

These responsibilities included; ideation, broadcast integration, technical implementation within a CMS, design briefing, legals, direct client and agency liaison and post reporting. I had a Junior Campaign Executive reporting directly to me who assisted in completing tasks from all 5 Campaign Managers.

Key Achievements

  • Achieved 20% increase on year 1 forecast and increased Agency revenue YOY. In addition to helping achieve the Digital Media budget. I contributed to winning more than $5 Million in business across the broadcast and digital sales teams.
  • Utilized my skills as a camera operator on Good News Week interviewing all celebrity guests for online video content.
  • Assisted in the project management and writing of the business requirements of a new CRM including a website registration system and competition mechanic builder. The new system enabled the team to better build, track and report on campaigns across IVR, mobile, online and e-marketing platforms.

Production Coordinator

Canadian Idol, Insight Productions

Worked with the Production Manager, Producers and Talent Coordinator in organizing every shoot across Canada and celebrity workshops for television broadcast. 

I was responsible for; budgets, hiring production crew, scheduling, broadcast deadlines, contracts and talent, communicating with our major sponsors, shooting permits, call sheets, catering, logging footage and organizing post production.  

My time was split between preparations for all the shoots from the office and being on location with talent and crew. 

I also traveled across Canada assisting in the audition process and selecting talent to move on in the competition.

  • Promoted from an audience volunteer, to Audience Producer and then Production Coordinator.
