Whelan's patrol services are customized to meet the unique needs of each client and can include randomly scheduled patrol service, regularly scheduled patrol service, response to emergency situations, temporary coverage, or scheduled services like monitoring equipment, providing escort services, or unlocking doors at specific times at your facility. Patrol officers are also available to respond to building alarms when notified by our dispatch center. Quality Control Inspector(TEMP) Houston, TX- Responsibilities: Inspection of cable and wire products. On a daily basis we run electrical test for resistance, Insulation O.D. Insulation Elongation Buffering Thickness Bare copper weight and elongation test. wire and cable products while operating machines dealing with hot, melted plastics machines in extrusion, wire, cable, assembly, and armoring re-spooling and cabling operations as needed and/or as assigned with tail-end Maintained awareness of machine set-up instructions and ensured quality standards were met and injury prevention measures were in place at all times Monitoring of electrical/mechanical systems activities and BOP manufacturing processes. Duties include using measuring, test equipment and functional gages to determine if product meets all stated requirements; verifying incoming material before use; inspecting or testing product during production or manufacturing stages; carrying out inspection and test activities as required by Quality Plans, FAT (Factory Acceptances Testing),. Utilize multiple software programs to locate parts, stock, drawings: I helped the Quality Control team finish in a much faster time because of my experience. Made sure everyone in the shop correctly filled out the documents for production and samples. Skills Used
