2008 GreenSummit

GreenSummit was a seven month long event in the making. As one of three event managers, organization and attention to detail were both pivotal to my success. I began at the conceptual phase for all marketing materials and communications. I did thorough green industry research, developed a media plan, and managed the website development. I was also expected to communicate the event purpose to exhibitors, volunteers, attendees, and potential event sponsors on a daily basis.

GreenSummit took place in September of 2008 and featured over 200 environmentally friendly exhibitors, 100 conference sessions, and had over 5,000 attendees in a two-day period.
