Skills

Communication

I know which medium is appropriate for each person / situation, e.g. phone, email, face-to-face. Happy to continually update related persons on current projects and other work related matters. I understand that timely follow ups with colleagues and clients are crucial.

Organization

I prioritize time efficiently, meet deadlines, keep a very clean work space, and am prepared for upcoming events. I am savvy with keeping client and/or project information organized and easy to find. I love creating and updating training and informational material to keep everybody up-to-date.

Project & Team Management

This skill also pours over into my excellent communication and organization skills. Preparing mandatory filings, keeping a time and budget schedule, assessing sensitive situations, and providing positive leadership to keep moral high and clients happy.

Research & Writing

Performing various types of research paired with analytical thinking to yield thorough results and communicating those results in professional language and/or tables and charts.  e.g. preparing trust summaries with a visual flow chart to demonstrate how the estate plan will be distributed after death.  I also understand the importance of careful proofing and editing.

Technology

I am very savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc). I enjoy "keeping up with the times" and using efficient, new technology that saves time and/or provides better cyber security. I quickly learn new internal programs and processes.

Attention to Detail

I notice the little things that make a big difference and I remember detail about clients. I calendar everything, even follow-ups, so that nothing gets forgotten. I am prepared for any upcoming happenings down to the final details. I believe that verifying crucial information before assuming is critical. I strive to only provide clean, well-formatted documents.

Customer Service

I have a kind, friendly smile, am a "people-pleaser", can manage customer details, and have a positive attitude and professional appearance.
