I know which medium is appropriate for each person / situation, e.g. phone, email, face-to-face. Happy to continually update related persons on current projects and other work related matters. I understand that timely follow ups with colleagues and clients are crucial.

Organization

I prioritize time efficiently, meet deadlines, keep a very clean work space, and am prepared for upcoming events. I am savvy with keeping client and/or project information organized and easy to find. I love creating and updating training and informational material to keep everybody up-to-date.

Project & Team Management

Technology

I am very savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc). I enjoy "keeping up with the times" and using efficient, new technology that saves time and/or provides better cyber security. I quickly learn new internal programs and processes.

Attention to Detail

I notice the little things that make a big difference and I remember detail about clients. I calendar everything, even follow-ups, so that nothing gets forgotten. I am prepared for any upcoming happenings down to the final details. I believe that verifying crucial information before assuming is critical. I strive to only provide clean, well-formatted documents.

  • Drafting of estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Health Care Powers, General Powers, and various assignments to fund Trusts
  • Formation and maintenance of Arizona limited liability companies and incorporation's, including drafting the Articles, Operating Agreements/By Laws, Annual Reports and Minutes 
  • Preparing deeds for homes in Arizona, California and sometimes other  states, including working with title companies and appraisers for accuracy
  • Researching statutes and complying with high ethical standards and confidentiality matters 
  • Administrative duties such as depositing checks, maintaining accounting reports, and other clerical departmental needs
  • Responsible for updating all training materials with a step by step guide that included visuals when necessary. I was used as a test for firm wide trainings and changes and was involved in the process of making changes and presenting the new information to firm employees.
