Ask, Question, Query, Repeat. The word "process" assumes that I treat each project or every client the same. That's why I don't use the word "process." Instead, my approach helps me learn something new—and do something different—in every relationship. Research: I take the time to understand your business, your industry, your competition, your goals, and even your hopes and dreams if you choose to share them.Design: To "design" means, "to plan." It's not about color or typefaces—yet. It's about finding practical solutions to real problems. Design is more than beauty—it can also be measured by simplicity, clarity and efficiency.Implement: Armed with a clear message and a creative way to express it, I'll figure out the best ways to connect with your audience—and then I'll go after them with everything I've got. Test: Design is not an end in itself. A brochure, a logo or a web site is a tool designed to do a job. And I wouldn't be doing my job unless I evaluated the effectiveness of my work.
Many people have misconceptions about freelance designers. Let me take a moment to point out the advantages. Since I have no employees and work out of my home, I have very little overhead. I am able to offer the same services as a larger agency, but at a fraction of the cost. All communication will be with me, not passed through several designers.I can offer you ingenious, highly individualized design solutions, with personal service, at prices that bury the competition!I teach Creative Photographic Design classes privately and at Blah Blah Tech. I create beautiful answers...
I don't sell design I create beautiful answers. Good Design is about listening to problems, understanding audiences,
and then coming up with elegant, unusual ways to foster communication.
It's about real solutions that happen to look really fantastic.
That being said, here are some of the forms those solutions may take:
Branding and Identity: logos, graphic standards, packaging, writing and every other way to reinforce your message at every touch pointPrint: books, brochures, invitations and all manner of printed matterMotion: compelling animated presentations and web-based videosWhatever it Takes: The cool thing about working with me is that the possibilities aren't bound by one agency's capabilities. I can translate your message into an event, an exhibit, an environment, a promotional product or a custom web solution. That way, you can focus on doing what's best for your brand.
Have you ever bought a book just because the cover looked good? How about a CD when you only knew one of the songs, but because it had a cool-looking case, you decided it had to be good. Companies know that most of us tend to buy things that are visually appealing. That's why they hire a Graphic Designer.Graphic Designers create ideas and designs used in a variety of visual media. Our designs are on brochures, packaging, business cards, multimedia presentations, T-shirts, and the Internet, just to name a few.Hi. My name is Kristena Saxton.
