• Successfully supervised and lead On-Campus Recruitment staff of up to seven with four managers to record enrollment figures for four academic years resulting in a streamlined workflow process. Increasing enrollment over five year period. • 1 out of 25 staff members selected to relocate to SCAD Atlanta location. Researched and developed new academic programs and location. Worked with cabinet to create and launch the first off-site location in Fall 2005. • Responsible for administration and recruitment efforts at the off site location resulting in a campaign that grew enrollment from 77 to 324 students within first year of operation. • Advise the Office of Communications on a complete redesign of recruitment ambassador publications suitable to effectively communicate the college to current and prospective students. • Successfully planned, organized and implemented On-Campus high-yield events to attract the best and brightest students. • Created and implemented recruitment and scholarship strategy for multicultural, need based and international scholarships. Resulting in an increase in enrollment and allocated over 1 million dollars in scholarship funding over a five year period. • Well-versed in researching, analyzing statistical data and identifying trends used to design recruitment plans that yield high-end results and worked closely with departments on campus. • Served as member of the Vice President’s Retention Cabinet envisioning long-term strategic intent. • Supervise Student Ambassador Program consisting of 4 coordinators and 30 students.
