Supervise floor supervisors/guest service ambassadors. Resolve guest and team member disputes in a professional manner. Properly implement all Title 31 procedures and safeguard company assets. Review and adjust staffing levels in real time based on business needs. Implement directives, provide feedback, and offer suggestions for improvement to the Slot Director. Review and manage the slot department’s financial data including labor, equipment, and supply costs. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Delegate responsibilities throughout the slot department to ensure productivity, encourage cross training, and level the workload across the entire team.
