To Whom It May Concern:

The purpose of this letter is to recommend Brian Kelly for employment as Desktop Architect for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

I worked on the corporate Infrastructure Engineering Team at Bechtel and had the pleasure of working with Brian during the remaining four years of my tenure. Brian played a key role on our ongoing enterprise desktop image development and deployment projects throughout the years, providing excellent advice and consultation. One of my primary responsibilities was to assist in managing Bechtel’s Microsoft SMS 2003 packaging deployment infrastructure and since Brian had so much experience in this field, I always received great direction from him when I would get stuck on a project.

When I was appointed project lead for Bechtel’s Application Virtualization initiative I was tasked with choosing core team members across the company to attend training on Microsoft’s Application Virtualization software. I immediately called on Brian to attend, which he did, and his testing and implementation of the product at his local site provided compelling case studies which assisted in companywide adoption of the solution.

I would highly recommend Brian Kelly to any company seeking a high quality, dedicated team lead. Brian has proved that he understands the business needs of his company and can provide solutions to meet those needs with Information Technology.
