Assist with all office operations associated with the business and activities related to production operations. Handle in bound customer interactions including phone, in-person, voicemail, and email inquiries. Provide clients with order quotes and invoices, update job sheet on a regular basis, order new garments, and work with contractors to identify turn-time capabilities. Responsible for contacting customers when orders are complete, coordinate a pick up location, and process invoices and payments. Coordinate with suppliers, production, and customers to guarantee completion by specific in hands dates. Collaborate on social media/marketing strategies.
