Performing Civil Maintenance work at Dow Deer Park, Dow La Porte, Dow Bayport, and Dow Lone Star Plants. Acting as a Foreman on work crews interacting with Operators and Plant employees, Pulling permits for work and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the company's satisfaction.
Doing volunteer work for the City of Baytown Tourism Department.
Performing automotive and equipment repairs/maintenance. Performed repairs/maintenance in-shop as well as roadside and inside Plants/Refineries.
As a Driver: Operating a taxi and providing transportation.
As a Dispatcher: Utilizing all resources available to ensure prompt service. Managing Medical Insurance Provider accounts/Medicaid accounts and nensuring that their customers were delivered to/from their appointments on time and with no issues.
I served for 2 1/2 years in the U.S. Army as a Cannon Crewmember and given a General Under Honorable Conditions Discharge as well as awarded 20% Veterans disability compensation for injuries received while in service. My injuries, (broken metatarsal bones across right foot and tinnitus in both ears), in no way interfere with my ability to work in an industrial/plant environment. My duties in the Army were various but centered around being a soldier in a Field Artillery Unit. Manual labor, working with high explosives, problem solving in high pressure situations etc.

I am currently attending Lee College's PTAC program in pursuit of an Associate's Degree in Process Technology with a 4.0 GPA and was awarded the ExxonMobil Community College Petrochemical Initiative Scholarship for the Fall 2015 semester.
