Lawrence Rolnick, a partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP for more than 20 years, serves as chairman of the law firm’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group. In this role, he represents institutional investors in high-stakes securities fraud cases. Throughout his tenure with Lowenstein Sandler, Lawrence Rolnick has helped professional investors, such as hedge funds, mutual funds, and investment managers, recover hundreds of millions of dollars in lost assets. Clients include Special Situations Funds, Franklin Mutual Advisers, and Appaloosa Management.

Lawrence Rolnick is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to the bar in the States of New Jersey and New York.
