I am a highly accomplished coordinator having four years experience in Human Services involving managing more than 50 volunteers and staff simultaneously, while assembling quality products for multiple departments. I work well individually as well as with others, providing excellent administrative support, displaying strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing. My skills include, but, are not limited to: useful knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs, organizing, prioritizing, researching, problem solving, and planning. I am positive and efficient in gathering and analyzing facts to problem solve, prepare clear and concise reports, and follow through with written and verbal directions. Facilitated all aspects of Three Square's "Backpack for Kids" Program including picking product for packing bags, maintaining spreadsheets of distribution records and volunteer counts, coordinating the driver delivery routes to coincide with "Kid's Cafe" sites.
I started at Bay Medical Center as a clerk in medical records, my role expanded quickly into processing birth certificates, supporting insurance verification as a Quality Assurance technician, and performing administration duties in the cancer registry.my time here, we managed through constant company growth and changes in healthcare.

The Management course trained me to apply the competencies successful managers use to understand the functions of business. I developed an increased awareness of my own perceptions and values to manage and communicate with others more effectively. Other topics included MBA program goals, decision-making, collaboration, academic research, values in managing others, and business analysis.
Strategic Planning and Implementation
The Management course explored a rich field of management in theory and practice, and as both a science and an art. The course also addressed the role of managers in the current world of rapid change, increased competitive forces, and increased expectations for the successful performance of employees and organizations.
