- Began working part-time in high school as a hostess seating customers within the dinning room. Demonstrated leadership ability by managing the dining area where customers were seated to ensure timely service by the staff and evenly seating the patrons. Additional duties included preparing silverware set-ups, maintaining clean menus and friendly entrance area.
- Promoted to server where I was responsible for fulfilling customer orders, which included offering suggestions to enhance their dining experience, serving the their meals and drinks in a timely, efficient, friendly manner. Responsible for cash and credit card transactions and a balanced sales book each night.
- Promoted to Bartender for the opening of a new location. Responsibilities include taking customers' food and beverage selections for our large inside/outside bar/patio areas, as well as preparing each beverage personally. Managing the bar area and seating areas together requires great interpersonal skills, attention to details, and a great attitude.
