  • As a Matrix Resource Consultant, I was brought in to manage 3 strategic projects initiatives due to a lack of resources to complete by years' end 2016.  Responsible for implementing a modual for a field ticketing process for (oil/gas) that allows automated workflow capabilities to compress the processing cycle and approve invoices in a timely manner using OpenInvoice workflow software.  This module is being integrated into Workday, an ERP Solution.
  • Successfully manged a vendor implementation of software for DataWatch.  This allows the ability to manipulate data of various unstructured file types and quickly go through massive data and retrieve data based on parameters of created templates into structured data.
  • Implemented with high success, Zip+4 which is a compliance project that must correctly identify zip+4 codes for specific latitudes and longitudes of company assets, i.e. oil wells being managed in iSeries currently without the +4. Implemented Melissa Data which will be part of the Workday implementation in the near feature.

  • On-boarded at the beginning of an acquisition to implement synergies between the Zale and the new parent company, Signet Jewelers.
  • As PMO Manager, duties included building and managing the formation of a Project Management Office (PMO) in defining its long-term strategy, mission, vision, processes, procedures, templates, best practices, standards, policies, guidelines, change management, governance and key competencies. Organized and managed a highly productive steering committee for projects.
