followed and gained experience in managing 5 Head Start locations. I have implemented faculty calendars, training sessions, and activities. I have created a Head Start family day activity and participated in family meetings. I was responsible for the 5 locations and following the Head Start standards and was apart of DCFS re licensing. I managed the COPA database for child files collecting medical records, developmental records, family visits, and family communication notes.
