·Supervised a team of seven staff on the implementation of community development projects in rural communities in partnership with non-profit organization Plan International.

·Saved 10% on project budget by targeting enhanced training on community development projects and community fundraising.

·Developed Spanish-language training curriculum to increase training program hours by 75% in order to improve Latin American youth participation.

·Expanded volunteer base to include Latin American youth volunteers. Managed project to successfully transition all volunteer materials and three training events into Spanish.

·With a 3 day turnaround, wrote successful grant proposal in Spanish for art/training workshop in rural Dominican community. Managed subsequent purchasing and implementation during project timeline.

·Coordinated all details of the training program, including overnight retreats, evaluation of volunteers on language and interpersonal skills and provide feedback to volunteers.

·Improved size and quality of volunteer training program through creation of veteran trainer positions; accomodated an additional 40% in volunteers.
