Comprehensive Physical Therapy Center

Managed scheduling for four physical therapists in the Hyde Park practice location as well as schedule and administrative support for two other practice locations in greater Cincinnati. Also provided assistance for the co- owner of the practice which entailed everything from:

  • Marketing assistance
  • Building and Designing Keynote/PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisted research for lectures and events
  • Scheduling of travel and lodging arrangements

In addition to the administrative support for the practice co-owner and schedule management, my duties also included:

  • Front office management
  • Patient file management
  • Verifying patient insurance benefits
  • Tracking and managing all pre-authorizations and insurance limitations for current patients
  • Managed supply orders for the office and any patient special requests
  • Processing medical records and billing requests for appropriate department heads
  • Managed multi-line digital phone system and of

    fice-wide e-mail
  • Sorted and separated mail and packages for all offices
  • Coordinated the schedules of all physical therapy aides and assistants
  • Collected all patient account payments and co-pays
  • Other tasks as assigned from Co-Owner of practice and Director of Operations.

Staffing Coordinator

Began working the Front Desk in March 2011, where duties included:

  • Managing the front desk and 6 line digital phone system
  • Processed all new admissions and referrals to the Nursing home
  • Transferring calls, taking and sending messages for all departments

Began as a Pet Bather, learned how to run the TouchPointe reservation system, schedule appointments in accordance to the Pet Parent's needs, check in pets, sell additional (add-on) services, assisted groomers, clipped dog's toenails, and bathed/dried dogs. In June 2009 I was promoted to Professional Pet Stylist, attended the PetSmart Learning Institute for grooming training, and passed the corporate inspection of grooming skills.
