I communicate with senior lenders, Credit Administration, Document Review Analysts, Legal staff when necessary to perfect their loan documents. Review all entity, loan data, collateral, agreements, regulatory and approval documents Accounting Representative III My role as a servicing representative in the accounting department was very active throughout the day as I had various job responsibilities. Each day I was responsible for ongoing payments and advances, account maintenance, adjustments, verification of another servicing representative's previous daily work, booking loans and commitments, participations, funds allocations, syndications, processing the appropriate transactions on sweep loans, and wiring funds both in and out of our Commerce IDT/Suspense account. Through my commercial loan processing and my accounting experience, this enabled me to become skilled to book notes on the accounting software using legally binding documents, review ELAR software for accurate disposition of charges, advances or payments on a particular loan, and review legal requirements of documentation. I completed several wire classes online and obtained a 90% or better. My quality of work is currently an average of 99. 80% within the accounting department.

Servicing Representative Senior As a Commercial Loan Processor, I prepare legally binding loan documents for both Commercial and Consumer customers, per the instructions entered in ELAR by the Lender/Assistant with appropriate approval. In order to prepare these loan documents, I must obtain and verify all existing documentation relating to the submitted ELAR and then create all new documentation as needed. When creating the file, communication with the Market is a key component in maintaining the best possible experience for both the Market and our clients. The file I have created is then submitted to the Review Department to ensure accuracy of work. My quality of work is currently an average of 99.06%.

As a teller, I was the first person with whom the customer interacts. My interpersonal skills allowed me to represent the bank in a positive and efficient manner. In addition to handling transactions, I was responsible for opening and closing the vault and the bank as well as auditing the cash drawers. With Arvest, I had the opportunity to open both personal and business accounts along with making adjustments to accounts too. In my free time, I would help the mortgage department with their paperwork for loans as well. As our special project each summer, I managed the Susan G. Komen fundraising account for the bank.
