Summary

I am using this visual CV as a supplemental document for my resume.  For a detailed work history please view my resume by clicking on my portrait attached to the right of the screen.  My portfolio documents mainly highlight my programming and event planning experience.  If you have questions regarding any of my additional skills please contact me.

According to the Strengthquest Indicator my top 5 themes are:

Individualization: meaning I am "intrigued by the unique qualities of each person" and I naturally "observe each person's style, each person's motivation, how each thinks, and how each builds relationships."

Woo: "Woo stands for winning others over." I am up for meeting new people.  My persuasive characteristic lives in this theme

Positivity: I am "generous with praise, quick to smile, and always on the lookout for the positive in the situation."

Communication: I like to "explain, to describe, to host, to speak in public, and to write."

Arranger: "When faced with a complex situation involving many factors, [I] enjoy managing all of the variables, aligning and realigning them until you are sure you have arranged them in the most productive configuration possible."  I can also do this with other's thoughts.  For example, I will sit in a committee meeting digesting what everyone has said, organize it in my head and then give a summary that everyone can understand.

According to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator I am:

Extravert, Intuition, Feeling, Perceiving

ENFPs are warm, enthusiastic people, typically very bright and full of potential. They live in the world of possibilities, and can become very passionate and excited about things. Their enthusiasm lends them the ability to inspire and motivate others, more so than we see in other types. They can talk their way in or out of anything. They love life, seeing it as a special gift, and strive to make the most out of it.
