All great minds don't think alike

All children can and will learn - in their own time, in their own manner. I believe that the teacher is the conduit and the facilitator of knowledge – neither the sole supplier nor the guardian of wisdom. I subscribe to the “guide on the side” philosophy as compared to the “sage on the stage.” Children are also teachers. Learning should be interesting. Children learn by doing, touching, feeling, seeing, and instructing.
