TSG Support department has multiple functions. Opening all title orders, scanning documents and files to be assigned to a variety of teams. Complete Backplants, document requests, tax requests and Starter requests from mulitple work source bins.
Provide assistance to the offshore teams
Multiple States and Counties searching and providing support for are:
King, Kitsap, Snohomish, Yakima, Thurston and Pierce
Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, San Luis Obisbo, Kern, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and Imperial.
Searches public records to compile lists of legal instruments perttinent to Foreclosures, such as Mortgages, Deeds Assessments, Notice of Default and Notice of Sale
Reads search requests to ascertain type of title insurance required and to obtain legal description of property and names of involved parties. Compare legal description of property with legal description contained in records to verify such factors of ownership, tax code and parcel number and property boundaries.
Examines title to determine if there are any restrictions which would limit use of property
Must multi task through out the day to keep all requests done in a timely manner
