- Led six month on-time, within budget project to transition operations into new $15M, 1,500 seat state of the art auditorium with no interruption of services to congregation (including 5 church services/week, 12 classes/week, 20-30 meetings and events/week, memorials, etc.).
- Managed organizational redesign incorporating 23% employee turn-over.
- Developed and managed annual budget $5.5M for 2008/2009 FY; first six months expenses 5% under budget
- Developed and carried out plan to cut $500,000+ out of operational budget required by an 11% decrease in income; including eight layoffs. Transition from printed materials to electronic (email & web). Organized and executed layoff & post-layoff transition management.
