About Larry Soldinger

Since 1989, Larry Soldinger has served as the founder and managing partner of LJ Soldinger Associates (LJSA), a leading full-service international CPA firm in the Chicagoland area. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) in 1970 with degrees in both accounting and finance, he earned his CPA certificate and began working for a small boutique Chicago public accounting firm which had a diverse group of clients, from small privately owned companies to large public companies, both domestic and foreign. The experience and reputation he has gained over the years is unsurpassed. As managing partner of LJSA, Larry Soldinger has guided the firm to specialize in transactional work, strategic tax planning, auditing of publicly held companies with operations all over the world, as well as expertise in all of the traditional accounting areas.. He is well known for his work in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic budgeting, acquisition due diligence, funding alternatives, asset purchase agreements, contracts, stockholder agreements, public offerings, financial crisis management, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and more. LJSA offers its clients audit, review, and tax services that have consistently earned the firm only “no comment letters” from both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). For health and leisure, Larry Soldinger enjoys golf, sport shooting, skiing, and traveling the world with family and friends. He is an accomplished blues singer in the Chicago area, a wine connoisseur, and a fine dining enthusiast.
