Some of my task include:

  • Provide real-time support to Campaign Managers on the configuration of ad delivery platforms including AppNexus, Sizmek, Celtra, PocketMath, Yahoo Gemini, StackAdapt, MetaMarket, Datorama, DFP, TubeMogul and Pixalate.
  • Project manage the integration and onboarding supply from Indonesia and Australia partners / publishers including Ticketek, Future Publishing, CBS Interactive, APN ARM, Australian Radio Network (ARN), League Unlimited,  Private Media, TimeOut, Stay at Home Mum.
  • Manage the escalation and communication of technical issues to our Ad Tech vendors to ensure timely resolution of faults and outages.
  • Design, implement and maintain Big Mobile internal Ad Ops process documentation to ensure Campaign Managers have a consistent reliable knowledge base.
  • Perform configuration validation and pre-flight testing on non-standard system configurations.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to the broader business on Ad Tech systems.
  • Communicate operational work requests with our Development Team in clear and concise language, ensuring time critical tasks are completed as quickly as possible.

As an Advertising Technology Specialist, I work in a dynamic environment on highly visible Ad Products, their supporting systems and technology problems. I am also responsible for defining, designing, implementing, maintaining, testing, and releasing Ad Products working with cross functional teams as well as developing new process to support internal  and external stakeholders.
