Recruit, train and supervise store managers of" Fast Stop" Convenience Stores. Established performance indicators, operating goals, realignment initiatives, productivity improvements, and cost reduction programs that consistently improved product output, product quality and customer satisfaction. Functional areas of management involved strategic planning, human resources, business development, marketing, sales, product management, and finance. Purchase and sell gasoline to independent store owners. Schedule gasoline deliveries to all company-owned and independently owned stores. All bookkeeping work A/R and A/P for Bolea Oil Products. Audit Convenience store accounts to ensure that all monies were received and deposited.

Responsibilities- Managed the day-to-day operation of both the men's and women's facility while operating within the established budgets. Functional areas of management involved production planning, establish production goals, determine production costs and establish selling price, supervision of farm foremen, supervision of facility maintenance, customer sales, writing estimates, customer invoicing and match individual skills and abilities with the requirements of the task.
