As an experienced marketing professional, I enjoy directing marketing content that’s customized to the audience's mindset and environment. My passion lies in combining the perspectives of product owners, subject matter experts, engineers, creative writers and designers into a unified, persuasive story. A story that’s consistent yet tailored to the delivery channel.
I launched the first company portal allowing clients to retrieve their EDS meeting agenda, presenter and itinerary information. Back-end functions of the portal included reporting, e-mail distribution and the ability to customize survey questions. The portal earned a 2008 innovation award from the Association of Briefing Program Managers.
I managed a team of Webmasters, writers and artists to redesign an intranet site. Information architecture, templates, guidelines and naming conventions helped guide the redesign. Several accolades for this 1997 redesign came from global marketing, the sales force as well as intranet peers. I received an internal award for the project.
I led writers, artists, engineers, project managers, budget, focus groups and outside vendors to concept and produce personalized online learning environments, like this ecology simulation. This interactive solution for an EDS client also stimulated interest from potential clients in the automotive, telecommunications and online services industries.
For SAPPHIRE 2008, I created concise client success stories that matched the audience's attention span at trade shows, and I project managed the multimedia creation with a developer. As a result, the EDS alliance director requested a similar format for the Oracle OpenWorld event later that year.
In response to a Government of Singapore RFP, I edited the transcript for a 2-minute movie focused on a workplace of the future concept, and delivered it and other multimedia to the pursuit team. The Government of Singapore signed the S$1.3 Billion contract with EDS in February 2008. Now you can read the original copy.
To ensure the proper messages were emphasized, I identified key edits in this apparel client video case study. This video was used on multiple retail and consumer industry pursuits. Furthermore, it was the first EDS retail client to agree to a video case study regarding process improvements.
