Filing, scanning client files into computer system, shredding, and archiving. Working in the mail room opening letters and directing them to the appropriate staff. Working the customer service desk where i had to copy clients paperwork and provide them with a receipt. Also assisting administrative secretary with time sheets.

Customer service to insurance companies who wanted to use our services in transporting their clients to and from appointments. Following up with clients to make sure that we provided a great service to them and they were picked on schedule. Dispatching new trips to drivers over the radio and checking their voucher receipts to insure payment at the end of their shift.
